I formed Colorado Mountain Land Realty Inc,(CMLR), in 2002 specifically to fill the need of folks wanting to sell their rural vacant land and mountain properties. I wear many hats as I am the Owner/Manager/Broker/Realtor and top producer at CMLR.

There are two full time and one part time agent working with me. Between the four of us ladies, we have..GULP.. over 40 combined years of experience specializing in primarily vacant land! I know it gets said a great deal, but we really do work as one unit. Tag teaming, pitching in, standing in for showings, sharing pictures and ideas, walking and hiking properties together…we do it all and share in the success together. We found that if we can have integrity, faith, trust and compassion in our dealings with each other, then it is only natural that will flow over to our working relationships in all aspects of our lives..including our customers!

Since we have so many land listings, Customers find they don’t have to call several realtors to find what they are looking for. CMLR is a member of 3 MLS systems, Royal Gorge, Pueblo and Custer County. We also use information exchanges and broker networks where an MLS system is not available. So if there is something you had in mind and you don’t see it here on my website, let me know as I am not limited to just my listings. If it is in my area, I will do my best to find it for you!
